Overview

Odíhg Yètomā was founded durring the late 18th century in early fall of the year 1763, by Lilàbíh Carew Hanford Williams Lush. The establishment of Odíhg Yètomā was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Yètomā's construction back out of the project. Lilàbíh Carew Hanford Williams Lush pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Yètomā was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Odíhg Yètomā was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Yètomā is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Odíhg Yètomā is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad worn bedrock streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The town's exceptionaly well made fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

A look around Odíhg Yètomā seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.

Cultural Notes

While Odíhg Yètomā might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.

Odíhg Yètomā's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..

In Odíhg Yètomā most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.

The Skunk near Odíhg Yètomā are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

Odíhg Yètomā's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Illusion energies of tier 1 via mimery.
